Voice over IP (VoIP)Network Service
If your underlying “last mile connectivity” is robust and stable, Voice over IP is a technology you can take advantage of to reduce your telephone bills. In many cases where we have installed VoIP, we have managed to reduce telephone bills by as much as 40%.
Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)
Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)Network Service
If your organisation has multiple offices and you wish to access centralised systems from all offices and want to share data between the offices, we are able to implement an MPLS solution that creates your company’s own private network.
Access Point Name (APN)
Access Point Name (APN)Network Service
If you need to have many people accessing your business systems via 3G, 4G or GPRS connections that require data bundles, it may make business sense to buy an APN bundle of data and “share” it out amongst the remote business users in a managed manner.
Jabber
JabberNetwork Service
Jabber is a unique product that allows you to use you existing devices (cellular phones, tablets or laptops) to access voice via wireless links, 3G or APN. The beauty of this product is that you can prioritise which device it rings on first and for how long before moving to the next device in priority. You also do not need to have network switches with Power over Ethernet (PoE) to utilise this product.
